About the role

Join our award-winning accommodation team at the university of Leicester and play a key role at the heart of a vibrant residential community. As a Help Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a friendly and efficient service while supporting a safe and welcoming environment. You will work closely with a wide range of teams, building strong community links to ensure issues are resolved quickly and residents feel supported throughout their stay. This is a varied role offering real engagement with our students, staff and parents from arrivals through to day-to-day support. There are three 12-month full time fixed term contracts available, at 35 hours per week.
