You will hold a PhD in psychology, behavioural medicine, health sciences or a closely related discipline, with a strong track record of applied research in health psychology, behaviour change or intervention development. Your expertise in designing and evaluating complex interventions in healthcare settings will be complemented by experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging with patient and public contributors. You will have a proven ability to disseminate research findings to academic, clinical and lay audiences, with demonstrable impact on practice, policy or service delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, who can lead and inspire others. Experience with NIHR-funded research, implementation science, and familiarity with vascular disease or long-term condition management would be advantageous. You will be committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, and will actively contribute to the University’s vibrant academic community. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of behavioural science in vascular research and to make a meaningful contribution to global health.
