You are passionate about information, digital transformation and improving how organisations use data to make better decisions.
You will have experience managing information, ideally within estates backgrounds, within enterprise platforms such as CAFM, IWMS, EAM or similar systems, together with a strong understanding of information governance, structured data and information lifecycle management. Experience of BIM information management, ISO 19650, asset information standards or digital engineering would be highly desirable.
You will enjoy developing standards, solving complex information challenges, and working collaboratively with colleagues from operational, technical and project backgrounds. Equally comfortable discussing data architecture with technical specialists or presenting governance principles to stakeholders, you will be an effective communicator who can influence without direct authority.
Highly organised and analytical, you will be capable of balancing day-to-day operational priorities with longer-term strategic development, continuously improving the quality, consistency, and value of estates based information across the University.
If you are excited by the opportunity to shape the future of Digital Estate Information Management within a leading research-intensive university, we would be delighted to hear from you.
