You will hold an Honours degree in Psychology or a related discipline or have equivalent relevant experience. Experience working with primary school-aged children is essential, and familiarity with administering and scoring standardised tests would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing your own workload are key to success in this role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required, along with proficiency in IT and data management. You will demonstrate enthusiasm for child development and developmental psychology, and be willing to travel for school visits. A commitment to professional development and the ability to work sensitively and professionally with families and young children are essential. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
