Working from both home and campus, you will lead the delivery of operational recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent. You will provide expert advice across the recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and University policies, while maintaining a high standard of service. From managing redeployment processes to delivering recruitment training and projects, your contribution will help shape an inclusive and effective hiring experience.
The role demands excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with candidates, colleagues across the University, and external partners.
