We are looking for a passionate and driven professional with a background in paediatrics, either through direct clinical experience (e.g. nursing or allied health professions), or through a strong academic and research-based route.
You will bring strong skills in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, including data analysis, as well as a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills; with the capability of engaging with diverse stakeholders from clinicians to families. You will have a proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll also be familiar with audit methodologies, data protection best practices, and critical care pathways. Above all, you'll share our commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and delivering work that has a genuine impact.
