About the role
Our Philanthropy, Alumni and Community Engagement (PACE) office exists to maintain strong links with graduates, parents, friends, the wider community and the supporters of the University. 
The PACE office is a dynamic and fast-paced working environment which offers a wide range of duties for you to support; these include philanthropic fundraising and working with alumni relations. 
Working for the PACE Group Director will involve ensuring their day is properly managed and that all meetings, actions and travel plans are up to date and well planned.
The post will require you to take ownership of project work, managing the collation, compilation, analysis and editing of information for reports. 
About you
You will have a range of skills, chief amongst them will be excellent organisation and planning skills to ensure the smooth running of your own, and others workloads. Exceptional interpersonal skills will be key to your success in the role as you will work with a broad range of people within and outside of the University. 
You should relish the opportunity to engage with all the areas of the PACE team to ensure that the full function of the team is realised and the positive impacts upon our society can be made. 
Experience in arranging national and international travel will be essential, along with the diary skills to accompany it. This will give you the ability to easily organise travel and meetings align.
