About the role
We are looking for an outstanding customer focussed individual to manage the day to day operations of the Service Desk Coordinators and the Help Desk Operators. This an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person who can add real value and give sound advice and guidance to this busy team. We are a small team of around 15 people and we work closely with other teams in Estates and Campus Services, delivering an excellent customer service to our students, visitors and staff alike. 
About you
With previous experience in a supervisory or management role, you will have experience of managing leading and motivating a team. Experience within a customer focused environment is key, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills.
