About the role
In this exciting role, you will coordinate and deliver the marketing and strategic communications for the Accommodation Office, Residence Life and Commercial Services teams, as part of the University’s Campus Services. 

The role is one of five Assistant Managers who between them share responsibility for day-to-day operations, each line managing different teams of staff within the business.

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts across all areas of the business, writing formal student communications and creating/designing online and print collateral. 

You will work with a variety of University departments; the University’s Future Students Office in organising and delivering open days and presentations to ensure the successful delivery of the student recruitment process and recruitment into accommodation; and the External Relations Marketing Team to ensure that University brand guidelines are met and adhered to with marketing campaigns. 
About you
With work experience in an equivalent role, you will have an excellent knowledge marketing and communications strategies, alongside an understanding of University processes. In addition, you will have strong communication and organisation skills, plus a high level of attention to detail. The successful post holder will possess a natural flare for creativity and student/customer engagement. We are looking for a self-starter with the motivation to provide the very best possible experience for our students and customers.
