About the role

In this key role you will work as part of a team to support students and staff in the University of Leicester School of Allied Health Professions (SAHP) from enquiry through to graduation, as well as contributing to the general operations of the School.

You will act as a first point of contact for students, in person, by email and over the phone, providing advice and guidance and ensuring an excellent level of customer service. You will ensure the smooth operation of the reception in the George Davies Centre  representing SAHP in a professional manner to both internal and external customers.

This is a part time role, and the working days will be Wednesday afternoon, Thursday all day and Friday all day
 

You will also provide support to the Programme Administration team through updating records and supporting committees and meetings.

About you
We are looking for an excellent administrator, with experience working in a busy environment and of data inputting. You will have strong organisational, record keeping and clerical skills, working with accuracy and attention to detail. Great communication skills are essential, with the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of methods to communicate with a wide range of university staff, students and agents. Most importantly, you have a passion for providing first class customer service and are committed to exceeding customer expectations in a fast paced environment.
