As an effective communicator you will establish and maintain strong relationships to deliver interventions effectively. You will manage the design, delivery and evaluation of high quality, innovative organisational development solutions.
To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrable experience operating as a senior HR/OD professional with knowledge of Organisational Development practices including cultural and behavioural change frameworks. You will need planning, influencing and organisational skills which are key in delivering an Organisational Development Plan in an inclusive culture of learning.
You will support and advise HR colleagues and managers to embed an Organisational Development and learning culture across all areas of the university. You will have a strong background in organisational development, having previous experience of managing a team, with the ability to motivate and develop them.
