About the role

We are looking to recruit a new member of staff with exceptional, training, administration and support skills, excelling in the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse student body. Key to everything we do in the Students’ Union is to positively impact upon our students’ experience, we endeavor to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the student body.   

The primary areas of focus will be the full administration and lead coordination of the Peer Mentoring Scheme whilst becoming an integral member in developing and delivering the output of the Training & Development department.

Previous experience working in a democratically led environment or higher education institution would also be highly advantageous.  We particularly welcome applications from all backgrounds.
