About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a smooth running enquiry service. Providing excellent customer service, you will be the first line of support for a wide range of different enquiries, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and providing the very best experience possible. Enquiries come in through a variety of different methods including face-to-face, telephone, social media, SMS, WhatsApp and a variety of others. 
About you
With relevant experience in a comparable setting, you will have experience of working with databases and data inputting. Alongside your good written and oral communication skills, you will have a commitment to providing, maintaining and driving high customer service standards. You will have the ability to organise and prioritise your work whilst ensuring deadlines are met.
