About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the holistic case management of International and EU students across all levels and types of study. This will predominantly be where a mental health condition has been identified or where there has a significant change to their personal, financial or academic circumstances that impacts on their wellbeing. 

In addition, you will take a lead role in the annual review and implementation of guidelines to financially supporting International students. You will also actively contribute to sector networks in the area of International students in Higher Education. This will help you to build effective relationships with colleagues in peer institutions.
About you
With a relevant degree or qualification, you will have considerable and demonstrable depth of experience of working with a variety of people with mental health conditions, alongside knowledge of mental health issues and other disabilities in a broad health and wellbeing context. Alongside this, you will have proven experience of working with case management models in a client focussed environment. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills in a variety of methods, using your empathy to deal with individuals in a sensitive and culturally competent way whilst being able to maintain clear professional boundaries.
