About the role

Undertaking teaching at undergraduate level in the areas of cognitive psychology and research skills and methodology you will enthuse, inspire and motivate students, whilst supporting the work of the department to develop and enhance its reputation, both internally and externally to the University.

You will also play a key role in setting and marking assessments and examinations, giving feedback and guidance via tutorials and pastoral support and supervising the work of undergraduate students. Working with colleagues across the department you will provide input into the review and development of the curriculum.

About you

With a BSc and PhD in relevant subject areas, you will be proven high quality teacher of Psychology at undergraduate level, ideally with experience of supervising research projects or dissertations. You must be an excellent communicator and presenter, committed to teaching and capable of inspiring a drive for learning in our students.
