About the role
We have an opportunity for a seismologist to work on the Natural Environment Research Council funded Copper Basin Exploration Science project (CuBES).  You will be joining a multi-institutional team of researchers working in the fields of geophysics, basin analysis, petrology and mineral exploration science. The project will involve extensive fieldwork deploying and maintaining a network of seismometers in Zambia. You will have experience determining and interpreting receiver functions for crustal structure and writing high quality publications for international science journals.
About you

You will have recently completed or be about to complete a PhD in seismology or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience. In addition, you will have experience determining and interpreting receiver functions for crustal structure and writing high quality publications for international science journals.
