About the role

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, motivated individual who will be a key member of the External Relations Division. You will be providing comprehensive high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Director; Future Students Office, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of their portfolio.

About you

Able to work independently, you will deliver excellent personal assistant support, ensuring the Director’s time is managed efficiently and effectively, often in the face of competing demands and tight deadlines.  You will fulfil a number of administrative functions including mail and diary management, committee servicing, maintaining systems and processes, and providing confidential support. You will be proactive in using your own initiative and judgement to resolve issues, be able to determine priorities and to ensure that they are represented professionally at all times.

Reporting to the Director; Future Students Office, you will also required to develop an understanding of colleagues’ workloads and priorities to ensure a continuous and seamless service to the Group is provided at all times.

You will possess the high standard of professional performance required to represent senior members of University staff, and the communication skills necessary to work with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
