You will be an organised and motivated individual with a genuine passion for sport, student engagement, and delivering positive experiences for others. You’ll have experience of working in a sport, events, or student-focused environment and be confident coordinating activities, supporting events, or delivering programmes.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders including students, staff, and external partners.
You will bring a proactive mindset and a willingness to get involved, whether that’s supporting events, working with student groups, or helping to develop new ideas to improve participation and engagement. An interest in inclusion and widening participation is important, along with an ability to use data or feedback to inform decisions and improve delivery.
Above all, you’ll be enthusiastic about creating opportunities for students to get involved, develop new skills, and feel part of an active and inclusive community
