About the role

In this role you will work to provide general administrative support to an agreed standard to deliver a timely high quality service to internal and external customers. You will handle enquiries from prospective students, students, academic staff, other areas in the University and external agencies.  You will be responsible for tasks delegated by the Business Administration Manager and undertake general office duties as required.

Providing a flexible and efficient service is key, ensuring both staff and students receive the very best service possible. You will deal with a wide variety of queries regarding process and procedures, providing advice and assistance where required. This is a key role within the team where you will be given the opportunity to identify change and improvements to service where required.

About you
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent you will have experience of data input and accurate record keeping. You will have experience of working as an administrator in a busy environment, with experience of working in higher education desirable, though not essential. With strong organisational and communication skills you will have the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of different methods.
