You will bring proven experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment and will be confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, applicants and colleagues across the University. With strong organisational skills, you will be able to manage your own workload effectively, prioritising tasks and maintaining accuracy while working under pressure. You will also have good IT skills, including competence in Microsoft Office, and the ability to produce clear written communications and reports.
