Join the University of Leicester as an Estates Service Desk Team Leader
The Estates Service Desk comprises a team of approximately 15 colleagues who work closely with departments across Estates and Campus Services. We provide high‑quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors, operating from several reception points across the central campus.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the effective day‑to‑day running of the Estates Service Desk, contributing to both routine operations and critical activities throughout the academic year. You will play an important part in upholding our core values of Inclusivity, Inspiration, and Impact.
The successful candidate will lead the team with front‑line response to incidents reported to the Help Desk, including fire, flood, and other disruption-related events. They will oversee a team of Help Desk Operators and support a centralised shared mailbox.
This is a full‑time position (35 hours per week), working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
