About the role

If you live in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire or the surrounding areas, you're motivated by a diverse workload and relish the chance to collaborate with a wide array of individuals – from students and parents to educators and university colleagues – then look no further.

Our UK Student Recruitment Officers are based within the Future Students Office and lead on the recruitment of UK students nationwide. This role encompasses home student recruitment, alongside developing, managing and implementing strategies to realise our commitment to widening access in higher education alongside a varied workload on UK Student Recruitment Projects.

You’ll have the chance to showcase our university nationwide and on campus. Your role will also include setting and exceeding recruitment targets, all while aligning with our institutional objectives and Access and Participation Target

About you

In this position, you'll need to be a great communicator, adept at building relationships and delivering information effectively and in an engaging manner. Coupled with a relevant degree, you should have prior experience in 13-19 education, further education, or higher education environments, delivering multi-day sessions in schools and colleges across a large geographical area. The post holder will also be required to reside in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire or surrounding areas.
