We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sports and Active Life team as a Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across our two vibrant university sports centres.
As Duty Manager, you’ll be the operational lead on shift, ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer-focused running of our facilities. You’ll manage and support front-line staff, uphold the highest standards of health and safety, and respond effectively to operational issues including maintenance, cleaning, and pool management.
This is a varied and hands-on role within a supportive university environment that values teamwork, professional development, and wellbeing.
