You will bring substantial experience in apprenticeship administration, with a strong understanding of current UK apprenticeship legislation, DfE funding rules, and compliance requirements. Your background will include accurate data input, record-keeping, and managing ILR submissions. You will be confident working independently, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines, while also collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including students, employers, and academic staff.
Your communication skills will be key to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships across the university and with external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, and familiarity with university systems such as SITS and CMIS would be advantageous.
