You will be educated to A-Level or equivalent and bring significant experience in administrative support within an HR environment. Your knowledge of HR systems and procedures, including software such as Microsoft Office and ideally SAP, will enable you to manage tasks efficiently and accurately. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your workload are essential for success in this role.

A broad understanding of employment legislation and University policies will be beneficial, as will experience in higher education.
