About the role

We are seeking a Global Health Research Centre Administrator to join the Leicester Diabetes Centre, one of the UK’s leading NIHR research facilities. You will provide administrative support to the NIHR Global Health Research Centre for Multiple Long-Term Conditions, working with our partnering organisations across the UK, India and Nepal to improve health outcomes worldwide.

In this role, you will manage correspondence and diaries, coordinate meetings and events, arrange international travel, and support recruitment, financial processes and information systems. Working with senior academics and colleagues, you will play a key part in ensuring the Centre’s activities run smoothly and contribute to impactful global health research.

About you

You will bring proven administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. Educated to A level standard or with equivalent experience, you will be confident working independently while also collaborating with colleagues and partners. Accuracy, attention to detail and clear communication are essential, with experience in higher education or committee support an advantage.
