About the role

The University of Leicester is delivering an ambitious digital transformation programme to reshape how we support students, academics and professional services. We are seeking a Digital Process Automation Analyst to play a key role in designing and delivering modern, automated solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a Centre of Excellence and drive the adoption of low-code technologies to simplify processes, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across the University.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand and redesign business processes, translating requirements into scalable, user-focused digital solutions. You will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience of Microsoft technologies to deliver impactful automation and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about using technology to make a real difference in a complex organisational environment.

About you

We are looking to recruit a small team including a Service Design Analyst, a Digital Solutions Designer and a Digital Process Automation Analyst to help drive forward operational efficiencies at the University, enabled by technology and establish the CoE.
