The School of Psychology and Vision Sciences at the University of Leicester is seeking a Teaching Fellow in Psychology, specialising in individual differences. This full-time role is a fixed-term post running for 48 months and offers the opportunity to contribute to the School’s teaching excellence.
As a Teaching Fellow, you will deliver high-quality teaching across psychology, with a particular focus on individual differences, including lectures, seminars, tutorials, and lab sessions. You will supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research for students on our Masters programmes. You will contribute to course reviews and support the School's teaching quality assurance processes. Your role will also involve developing and applying innovative teaching methods, designing course materials, and ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant and engaging for both campus-based and distance learning students. You will be expected to support student development, providing personal and pastoral care in line with university guidelines.
