The University of Leicester is dedicated to delivering an exceptional student experience. Recognising our diverse student community, we are seeking a Specific Learning Differences (SpLD) Adviser to provide one-to-one support for students with specific learning differences, including ADHD.
The successful candidate will deliver tailored, specialist support to students with disabilities, helping them to thrive academically. In addition to direct student support, the postholder will collaborate with colleagues in the Centre for Academic Achievement (within Library and Learning Services) to develop and enhance systems, processes, and policies that promote inclusive practices across the University.
This role also involves close partnership with academic and professional services staff within Schools to ensure compliance with disability legislation and to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students.
