About the role

The University’s ‘People Strategy’ outlines ambitious plans to enhance the professional lives of our staff and aligns with the University Strategy, ‘Our Citizens’. Working on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days a week on campus, you will advise, coach, influence and challenge senior stakeholders on significant HR issues and proactively influence a climate of change and alignment of schools/departments to the University’s strategic aims. Supported by a team of Senior HR Advisers, you will also be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and effective HR service to a designated area and for the provision of high quality, business focused and strategic level advice. This will include providing extensive guidance and support to the appropriate Head of College and their senior management team.

About you
