About the role

An exciting opportunity to work with an award winning team.

As a Team Leader for the Revenue & Admin Residential Team, the successful applicant will support the delivery of outstanding customer service within Accommodation and the wider Residence Life Teams.

Providing front line response to customer queries, feedback and incidents covering service to students, to conference activities and guests.

To supervise the Help-desk and Residential Adviser teams on shift, in order to deliver a high standard of customer service in support of the University’s objective of providing an excellent student experience.

The University holds various events throughout the year, from student arrivals, Open/ Offer Holder days, to festivals with students as our main focus and would like a positive and professtional candidate to join the team.
 
The role is based on the varied University of Leicester Estate.
 
About you
The successful candidate will be customer focused first and foremost, a team player, patient with great interpersonal skills.
Able to use operational systems (training will be provided) and MS Office packages, with attention to detail.
 
Looking for an individual who can motivate a team, lead by example and support the teams to success throughout the various student/ conference events or general day to day operational tasks.
 
Primarily, you will deliver day to day customer service, be the first escalation point for customer queries and resolve or triage and support teams.
 
Great with people and able to work on your own initiative and anticipate team requirements to achieve goals.
