About the role
As a key member of the College administrative team, you will take lead on supporting the Head of College and Director of Operations through managing their complex diaries, prioritising tasks, and handling correspondence. Working autonomously you will make independent judgments on conflicting priorities, and be instrumental in ensuring the high-quality preparation of reports, briefings, and communications to ensure the senior leadership team is well-prepared for meetings and key events.

Your role will also extend to overseeing elements of the administration team, supporting the delivery of key College projects including the College bulletin and enhancing operational efficiency of College activities. You will provide key support to College-wide projects and events whilst coordinating internal and external meetings.
About you
With significant experience in providing high-level administrative support within a similar setting, you will have a strong understanding of diary management, project planning, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion is essential. 

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative will be crucial to your success in this role.

In addition to your proven administrative capabilities, you will have experience of managing projects and or people and a track record of improving operational processes. The ability to manage multiple, rapidly changing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail will be key, as will your flexibility in adapting to the varying demands of a busy office environment. Familiarity with committee administration and process improvement would be advantageous, as would a working knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
