About the role
We are looking for a Training Support Officer to join our DiRAC team, a leading provider of high-performance computing services for the UK’s astronomy and physics research fields. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to organise, promote and support delivery of impactful training events, both in-person and online. Your role will involve identifying evidence-based strategies to enhance our delivery processes and working closely with the Training Manager to shape our training strategy. With a focus on self-directed initiative, you'll contribute significantly to achieving our facility's overarching objectives.
About you
With experience within a university/higher education administrative function, you should have a demonstrable track record of event organisation, planning and delivery, including management of post-event evaluation. This should include experience of finance administration, database management, and policy development. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, as well as the ability to analyse complex data for reporting.
