An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic professional to join our small but sector-leading, high impact and close-knit Procurement Team. As a Category Manager, you would be responsible for managing a number of procurement categories, including digital services, to ensure that the supplier contracts awarded are compliantly procured, give value for money, support the University’s strategic plan and take proportionate account of risk. This is an exciting time to be joining us, as we look to take advantage of the new public procurement legislation.
As part of the Finance division, you would follow a hybrid working pattern, with an expectation to work from our main campus 1 to 2 days per week, dependant on ongoing activities and team requirements.
