About the role
The NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre is looking for a skilled and motivated researcher to join Dr. Natalie Darko and the BRC Inclusion Platform team. This role involves leading and supporting projects aligned with our 5-year EDI strategy, developing inclusive initiatives, and maintaining detailed equality monitoring records.
 
Key responsibilities include data collection and analysis, providing expert EDI advice, and collaborating with the PPIE team. A relevant MSc and research experience are required. Join us, this is your opportunity to shape and promote inclusive practices in health research.
About you
We are looking for someone who has previous research experience and skills in supporting data collection and data analysis and someone who can provide evidence in leading and contributing to academic publications. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and will be a great communicator, both written and verbal. They must be passionate about equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in research.
